Contrary to speculations going around on the social media alleging that the former Nigerian military head of state Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) wrote an open letter to President Goodluck Jonathan; well that is far from being correct.
According to reports, IBB's former spokesman, Kassim Afegbua has shut down such rumour as baseless and nothing but false as long as he's concerned.
