USA helps Nigeria to fight Corruption




Being a multinational corporation doesn't guarantee that you will find your way out of illegal actions... As the world fight to get ride of all forms of corruption especially in developing nation, thus helping them to develop in geometric progression.

U.S. department of Justice (DOJ) has just slammed Bilfinger SE, the German mother company of Julius Berger for an alleged involvement in corrupt practices, especially as it relates with obtaining and retaining contract with the aid of Nigerian government officials. The contract in particular is the $387 million Eastern Gas Gathering System (EGGS) project.

DOJ and Bilfinger SE reached an agreement for Bilfinger SE to pay $32million as fine.
Nice job U.S. Department of Justice
