Anything can happen in Nigeria....This is really hilarious... and at the same time a VERY SERIOUS issue! Can it be possible for a bowl of rice to vote in an election? Abeg my brothers and sister, i have been asking myself this question since i saw this photo. Well apparently in Anambra State, a bowl of rice qualifies as a human being.
According to Saharareporters, INEC registered a bowl of rice as being eligible to vote in the recently conducted gubernatorial election in Anambra state which the APGA's candidate, Willie Obiano won.
