2014 Awards season is truly one of the seasons that Africans have shun like a thousand stars from grabbing of red carpet headlines to winning of Awards by talented African... Indeed Africans have established it's name in the Hollywood Movie circuit.
Yesterday was the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) and Nigerian-Born, Chiwetel Ejiofor won the best leading actor award for the film "12 Years a Slave" which won the best picture (Best Film) at the awards night while Somalian actor Barkhad Abdi won the supporting actor award for the Somalian pirate inspired film "Captain Phillips."
Africa Actors and Actresses are looking up to win more awards during the upcoming Academy Awards.
