Ohaneze Ndigbo Youth Council is not happy with President Goodluck Jonathan's constant neglect of its youths, especially when it comes to education, training and generally Jonathan's continuous neglect of them in empowerment programmes of his government.
According to a Daily post report, which stated that OYC is disassociating itself from the slated meeting between Ohaneze Ndigbo and Jonathan tomorrow.... the group are of the view that Ohaneze Ndigbo doesn't represent the voice of the youth and thus doesn't have the capacity to speak on it's behalf.
OYC also emphasised that Jonathan's government has continuously sent South-South youths educational scholarships and vocational training overseas and have never sent even one South-Eastern youth to any such empowerment scheme before.
