Chris Brown just got his probation in the Rihanna's case revoked by the Judge and this was as a result of his assault charges in Washington D.C.
The Judge felt the D.C. criminal charges was an evidence Chris disobeyed the law.
According to TMZ, Chris Brown was not remanded in custody by the Judge because of his impressive progress at his anger management rehab.
Further hearing on the matter has been slated for February and their is some likelihood that Chris Brown might be held in Custody for probation violation.
The Judge ordered Chris Brown to stop using medically prescribed marijuana for the time being... We hope he can cope without that!
Well, we hope and pray that by February Chris Brown gets a positive hearing... because his fans don't want him put in jail... Simply because we love his music.
