AFP is reporting that US President, Barack Obama said its early to send experimental drugs to African even after it has been tested on Americans that contracted Ebola and so far the affected Americans health has been improving progressive.
Thus this following question begs for an answer:
Why does President Obama thinks its early to send experimental Ebola drugs Africa?
