Israel plans to deport African Migrants

There are reports that Israel is on the verge of deporting African migrants mostly from Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea and Uganda.

 According to Haaretz two months ago, a plan to offer $5,000 to any African migrant who agreed to leave and promised never to return was made.
The report also claimed that, previously under a "voluntary return" policy the state had offered any migrant who agreed to leave $1,500 and a return flight back home.

This offer was accepted by hundreds of Africans, mainly from Eritrea and Sudan and they left the country.
Some African migrants are still  present in Israel, especially in Tel Aviv, where a law has been passed to imprison any illegal migrants found, for up-to one year without charge.

According to the report, recently Israel Prime  Benjamin Netanyahu had planned to hire journalist and former diplomat Boaz Bismuth as a special project manager for the expulsion of migrants
