Gov. Rotimi Amaechi--Jesus Christ made me Governor!

Governor Rotimi Amaechi of Rivers State recently claimed that he was installed as a governor by Jesus Christ as he fasted for 10 months.

According to The Herald, Amaechi in his Christmas message at the Saint Vincent De Paul Catholic Church in Port Harcourt on Christmas day, he said some element of the Federal Government were satanic.

Quoting him: "As a government led by me, a government installed by Christ, if anybody tells you he installed me, tell him it is a lie. Tell him that I said I prayed for 10 months and fasted from 6am to 6pm, calling Christ to come down and Christ came down mightily and installed me as governor."
